One of the country’s most rapidly rising boutiques will push further in Sydney’s lucrative inner west as it continues to position itself as one of the premier real estate brands in the country.
Stone Real Estate will open an office in the inner western Sydney suburb of Five Dock, to be led by principal Christian Leung.
Mr Leung will be joined by co-owner Rick Pignetti, one of the area’s most experienced property managers.
Mr Leung said of his decision to sign with Stone that it had “outshone” all other brands.
It not only had the best systems in place, he said, but was unique in its investment in a franchise’s success.
“There’s no other training technology as advanced or comprehensive as theirs,” Mr Leung said.
“When I started in real estate, it was ‘there’s a desk, there’s a phone, go get some listings, good luck’. All that was possible in the way of advice really was reaching out to your colleagues.
“Stone has a proper system in place covering absolutely every area of real estate business and its key attributes. From exactly how front office should run to office administration as well as sales, there is a process for everything. You just simply can’t get lost.”
He said that Stone has a “clear system” to create future top agents.
“Having worked at a leading investment bank before real estate which is very process-driven and aimed a giving a client six-star service, I take that same approach to property, and so does Stone.”
Mr Leung said that it was plain to see that the fit was good.
“We could see that our morals and ethics matched,” he said.
“It was imperative to join a brand that worked not only across the suburbs but across Australia. Stone does this and goes a step further with its one-client record, which means we can service not just Five Dock and Drummoyne but extend our reach throughout the city and beyond. We can take care of the entire client journey, which is unique.”
Mr Pignetti said that joining Stone was “the ideal way” to continue a family legacy, and follow in the footsteps of his grandfather.
“I want to leave a footprint in the industry,” he said.
“I’ve been involved in real estate since I was 18 years old and I don’t believe there is anyone who has been in property management in this region for as long as I have.”
Stone franchise director Luke Cameron said that he was excited to welcome the two new owners to the business.
He said that their combined talents would make the Stone Five Dock office the focus of real estate in the region for the future.
“We are excited to work with Christian and Rick, who are two of the most talented superstars in the industry, and their joining Stone brings great kudos to the brand.”
