Harcourts has placed two offices this 2019 in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking, the premier grading of real estate sales offices in the country.

Harcourts Mandurah finished in 38th spot on the prestigious list and Harcourts Ross Realty is ranked 47th.

Harcourts Mandurah is owned by Wayne Davey, Lee Perry, Clare Seamer and Ben Hatch.

Harcourts Ross Realty is owned by Paul Ross, Ken Ross, Nigel Ross and Shane Ross.

CEO of Harcourts Western Australia Paul Blakeley said that it was a remarkable achievement for the two offices.

He said there were only three offices from WA to make the ranking at all, which means Harcourts Mandurah is the number one office in the state and Harcourts Ross Realty is the number three office.

“We are excited to have two entries in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices from Harcourts WA, especially being two of only three entries from the state,” Mr Blakeley said.

“Both offices are a shining example of what can achieved with hard work and a focus on people and systems in any market. We are extremely proud to have them as part of the Harcourts family.”

The metrics used to determine the top offices are number of properties sold; the total dollar volume; and the office’s efficiency rating, which is the ratio of sales to support staff.

Harcourts Mandurah sold 439 properties in the year for $173 million in total. Its staff efficiency rating was 16.88.

Harcourts Ross Realty sold 166 properties in the year for $79 million at 33.20 efficiency.

This is the seventh year REB has produced the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking, and this year it was set against a backdrop of the continued cooling of some of Australia’s traditionally strong markets.

This has translated into pressure on many sales offices around the country.

“But true to form, the best ones continue to perform well and deliver solid results,” REB said.

“Accordingly, the 2019 REB Top 50 Sales Offices unveils a collection of high-performance operators that are setting a pace others may find difficult to match.”
