Three real estate offices in Melbourne have consolidated to become one in Main Street in Mornington under the OBrien Real Estate brand.
Long-established independent agency Conley Luff, led by Kayn Luff, will join forces with OBrien Real Estate Mornington, in the first part of the consolidation. The second is the joining of the sales and property management teams of national franchise group led by Wendy Gillies to the same OBrien Mornington office. Ms Gillies will now retire from the industry.
Fraser Bayne is the director and business owner of the OBrien Mornington office.
Mr Bayne said that all three offices will work under one roof.
“The existing offices will undergo extensive refurbishment along with an extension into next door to accommodate the 20-plus staff members that now represent an extensive list of landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers throughout the peninsula,” he said.
OBrien corporate director and long-time local of the peninsula Stavros Ambatzidis said that the partnership structures are set up to complement their strengths.
“Kayn will lead and create the vision for the sales team and Fraser will head up the operations and property management divisions.”
Mr Ambatzidis said that the agency’s company values drive its success.
“OBrien has built a reputation on being open and honest. We have a genuine belief in our brand, our values, our people and our ability to make a difference to people’s lives.”
