Well-known local agent Sam Doman has opened the doors to the newest Ray White business in the north-eastern Adelaide suburb of Tea Tree Gully, servicing the north-east, foothills and acreage market.

Having worked in the area for over 10 years, Mr Doman said that it was a “natural progression” for him to step into business ownership.

“Nothing about my service will change,” he said.

“It will still be the one-on-one experience I’ve always provided to my clients. The only difference is I’m now equipped as a business owner to introduce more tools and resources to create an even better journey for my customers.”

Mr Doman said that Ray White is seen as the “biggest and best brand” in real estate.

“There is so much power behind the Ray White name, and if we want to be the market leader, we need to be among the best in the world.

“Ray White has everything you could possibly want and need — family values plus the tools and tricks to become a great agent and a great leader.”

He said that he was looking for growth over the next 12 months.

“We want to be the agent of choice for the entire customer journey; whether that be first home buyers or experienced investors, my goal is to become the only choice,” Mr Doman said.

“We love what we do, and we love where we do it. Our plan is to build a business that will support all facets of property, so no matter what the people of the north-east need, we’ll be able to help them.”

Mr Doman said that he is passionate about his community, donating “a great deal” of his time to local charities, schools and sporting clubs.

“My wife and I have lived in the area our entire lives. It’s where I grew up and it’s where my children go to school. I even purchased my first house in Tea Tree Gully.

“I’m so grateful for the support I get from my local community, so it’s really important to me that I give back. I’m about to host a family bingo night for our local little athletics club and we’re increasing our support and sponsorship with the Tea Tree Gully Football Club, where we’re offering fantastic referral fees.”

Ray White South Australia CEO Matthew Lindblom said that Mr Doman has been a pillar in his local community for many years.

“Sam has already achieved so much,” he said.

“This step into business ownership is an exciting time, and we look forward to supporting him as he continues to succeed. Growth and family business is in the DNA of Ray White and we are very proud that Sam has chosen to open Ray White Tea Tree Gully to service the north-east.”
