Experienced Ray White operator Craig Hadfield will take sole ownership of Ray White’s businesses in Nowra, Callala Bay and Culburra Beach, after working in the Shoalhaven businesses for an extended period.
Mr Hadfield has more than 18 years’ experience in the business.
“We hold strong connections with our local community,” he said.
“My team will continue to provide, and increase, the quality of service we offer to our customers.”
He is a long-term resident of the area.
“I have a deep love for the area and everything it has to offer.
“The lifestyle and affordability on its own are enough to make anyone want to live here. The beaches and coastline remain pristine, and with the amount of infrastructure and industry being introduced to the region, there are a lot of positive elements about living in Shoalhaven.”
Mr Hadfield said that the Shoalhaven market remains strong, with the area fast becoming a destination of choice for Sydney residents looking for a sea change.
He said that his ambition is simple.
“To continue to provide a holistic service to the local community. We pride ourselves on being able to service our clients no matter what they need — that service is only going to get stronger. We’re really looking forward to working even more closely with our community as our business continues to grow.”
Mr Hadfield also said that every sale and property management transaction is an opportunity for his team to exceed their client expectations.
Ray White NSW chairman Stephen Nell said that he was “delighted” that Mr Hadfield has taken the next step into business ownership.
“Craig has made an outstanding contribution to both Ray White and the Shoalhaven region. His drive combined with his talented team form the ideal foundation for a successful business,” Mr Nell said.
“We look forward to supporting the team in reaching their full potential in any way we can.”
