Leading Lower North Shore commercial property firm Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney has renewed its franchise agreement for another term with the well-known property group.

Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney launched in 2003 and principals Jay Sheffield, Duncan Grady and Nick Moloney lead the business.

Mr Sheffield said that a myriad reasons influenced his decision to renew with Raine & Horne, including the network’s commitment to marketing and its ability to deliver the latest tech solutions.

“However, our relationship with Angus Raine is a big reason why we renewed our agreement. I can call Angus virtually any time on his mobile, and he’ll always pick up when he’s available,” Mr Sheffield said.

“Having someone with Angus’s passion for the brand and real estate knowledge at the top of the firm can’t be underestimated.”

Mr Sheffield said that being part of Australia’s oldest family-owned and operated real estate group is another reason the team renewed its agreement.

“Angus represents the fourth generation of Raine & Horne to lead the company, and Duncan, Nick and I are passionate about that. We are like a tight-knit family too.”

Mr Sheffield also said that the ability to collaborate with other like-minded offices in the network encouraged him and his colleagues to renew.

“For instance, I have much time for Colin Henry from Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, who opened his doors to me when I joined the network to see how they operate,” Mr Sheffield said.

“Furthermore, Raine & Horne Commercial never sits back on its marketing and technology laurels and brand presence. They’re always looking to improve.”

Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine said that he is pleased that the team will remain with the brand.

“Over the past year, our commercial team at North Sydney has relocated to a state-of-the-art premise on Walker Street, driven their business to new levels of success and have set their sights on continued growth and innovation,” Mr Raine said.

“We’re delighted that Jay, Duncan and Nick have chosen to stay with us, especially with the North Sydney commercial market starting to hit its straps.”
