Ray White has deepened its already substantial footprint in coastal NSW as it extends its reach in the area to match rising demand.
Ray White has opened an office in Broulee, on the south coast of New South Wales, to be led by Steven Mason, his second in the area.
Mr Mason is well known in the area, having run the Ray White office in Batemans Bay for five years.
He said that he is now ready to take his business to the next level.
“I’m excited to be able to offer the community of Broulee the choice and opportunity to work with a Ray White agent,” Mr Mason said.
“Our market share in Broulee sits at around 40 per cent already, which is great, but we’re hoping to grow on that. So being able to offer the community their own Ray White local area experts will be highly beneficial.”
Mr Mason said that his goal is clear.
“The main priority for us is — and has always been — our clients. My team and I aim to get the best results every time.
“We have fully operational sales and property management departments, so my business can support all facets of property.”
Mr Mason said that there has been a shift in Broulee’s customer demographic.
“We’re seeing a really good push of clients coming through from the Southern Highlands and Wollongong areas — the properties are just as good but half the price. And with a fair bit of investment going into local infrastructure and road improvements, the demand for rental properties is higher than ever.”
Ray White NSW chairman Stephen Nell said he was pleased to see Mr Mason expand into Broulee.
“Steven has run an exceptional business at Batemans Bay for many years and we are thrilled to see him take on this next opportunity.
“I look forward to watching Steven and his team take his new business from strength to strength.”
