One non-franchised agency in Melbourne has won a significant accolade, cementing its position as a leader in its local catchment area, after consistently getting positive client reviews.

PhilipWebb Real Estate has been named as Victoria’s best property management agency by RateMyAgent.

PhilipWebb was named by RateMyAgent at its annual award ceremony for its consistency in getting good reviews from the public.

The awards recognise the most consistently recommended agents and agencies across Australia and New Zealand, and while these awards are in their third year, this is the first time property management teams have been considered.

PhilipWebb CEO Anthony Webb said that the recognition is well received.

“The awards celebrate the agencies who have provided truly exceptional client service,” he said.

“Being honoured and announced as a finalist is a huge accomplishment and one we are very proud of. It is a testament to the value we place on building and maintaining long-term landlord relationships.”

Mr Webb said that the business has deep roots in its local catchment area.

“PhilipWebb Real Estate has been a market leader in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs for more than 46 years.

“With Philip Webb still playing a hands-on role in his family-owned business, it is now one of Victoria’s largest non-franchise firms, specialising in residential and commercial sales, auctioneering, property management and investment.”

The award ceremony was held in Melbourne in February.
