Belle Property has made a tactical new signing, bringing on three new award-winning offices in Sydney’s St George area, strengthening its presence in a strategically important marketplace for the niche network.
The Professionals Montgomery Group, with three offices across Sydney’s St George region, has made the move to rebrand to Belle Property.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said that the move has been well thought out.
“The St George area is a vital part of our growth strategy, so choosing the right team to drive our market presence was crucial,” he said.
“Directors Michael Kaye, Mark Somboli and Kristina Lee are incredibly talented and committed, and we know they are the right people to lead the brand’s expansion in the area.”
Mr Hanscomb said that, for over 40 years, Professionals Montgomery Group has been a leading force in the St George real estate market across residential sales and property management.
Mr Kaye said that the rebrand comes amid the changing marketplace where marketing, systems and professional development are paramount to success.
“Belle Property is a progressive and dynamic brand whose ethos fits with our existing core business values and general approach,” Mr Kaye said.
“They offer the support, technology and training required to provide unrivalled service to all our clients.”
Mr Somboli said that the St George real estate market is considered the best value for dollar market within a 20-kilometre radius of Sydney’s CDB.
“While we are seeing a correction to all property prices across the state, it is St George that once again shines, with buyers from all over Sydney relishing the affordable home values that make this area the vibrant family destination that it has become renowned for,” he said.
Ms Lee said that Belle Property St George has a team of over 30, many of whom are multilingual and long-term residents of the area.
“Many of our team members have been with our firm for more than 12 years. This leads to better cohesion, stability and, more importantly, consistent client service,” she said.
“We’re proud to have such a passionate team comprised of so many backgrounds and nationalities — a direct reflection of St George’s diversity.”
