Adam Sorrell has taken over the Ray White Rowville office in Melbourne as its new principal, after starting his career in real estate in 2006.

Mr Sorrell said that the support offered by Ray White was a big attraction when making the decision to move to the group.

“The Ray White brand is well known and well respected in the Rowville area, and having lived here for the past 30 years, when the opportunity came up to take over the reins, I felt the time was right to join the Ray White family,” he said.

“I love the history of the brand. Ray White is a household name and very well known and respected by the general public.

“It’s also a brand that moves with the times and invests back into its people. The level of support and training is next level and beyond comprehension. There’s no other group that has what Ray White has and I’m so excited to hit the ground running.”

Mr Sorrell said that his ambition is to build a team focused on the customer experience.

“My main goal will be to further strengthen the existing team and grow the office. They already have such a solid foundation, so I’ll definitely be working with them to keep hold of the amazing culture that has already been built,” he said.

“We have a young, professional and energetic team who are passionate about real estate and achieving the best results for our clients.

“Our team will continue to exceed expectations as we bring on new agents and it’s imperative they fit into our culture. We’re genuinely committed to being the best agency in the area, to operate with the utmost amount of integrity and to be the best we can be.”

Mr Sorrell said that he intends to re-establish Ray White’s market share in Rowville and the surrounding suburbs.

“In the coming year, I plan to further grow the sales and property management departments with local professionals who have a love for the local area as well as the real estate industry,” he said.

“My team and I are looking forward to delivering exceptional results and whatever we can do to provide the best possible customer service to our clients along the way.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said that he was pleased to welcome Mr Sorrell into the group.

“Adam has been an exceptional agent for many years and well respected within the community and we’re thrilled to welcome him to Ray White,” he said.

“I look forward to watching Ray White Rowville go from strength to strength.”
