Leading Canberra boutique real estate agency Belle Property Kingston has opened its second office in rural lifestyle suburb Queanbeyan as the owners look to cover obvious gaps in the market.
In a strategic move for Kingston, co-principals Dan McAlpine, Louise Harget and Richard Davies, and new co-principals Ryan Broadhurst and Aaron Papahatzis, the office will service the growing and thriving rural lifestyle market of the ACT’s fringe suburbs including Queanbeyan, Googong, Jerrabomberra and Bungendore.
Mr McAlpine said that, by fostering a culture of collaboration, the Kingston business has achieved “impressive” growth since opening in the ACT.
“We didn’t expect to achieve this level of growth and momentum so quickly, but we knew our business would flourish,” he said.
“As a business, we’ve established a unique way of working that’s true to who we are individually and as agents. We care first and foremost about our clients, not our egos, and we’re supremely focused on helping our clients achieve their property goals.”
Mr McAlpine said the team collaborates and works together.
“We assign two agents to every listing so that our response rate is high and there is always someone available to speak to our clients about their property or campaign.
“This strategy has allowed us to achieve exceptional results and high client satisfaction, and that is what has driven our growth and expansion.”
Mr Davies said the decision to expand into Queanbeyan was simple.
“With most of our team living locally in Queanbeyan and surrounds, we were aware there was a distinct lack of premium real estate providers servicing the region despite the fact that the area is dynamic, appealing and growing rapidly in demand.
“The gap in the market allows us a unique opportunity to service the area in the way that it deserves: through premium customer service, innovative sales and marketing and overall fantastic results.”
