Sydney’s burgeoning LJ Hooker Avnu has recruited one of the city’s top-performing agents, as it continues to extend its reach in the blue-chip Lower North Shore market.

Jason Georges is the latest sales agent to join the LJ Hooker Avnu team.

Mr Georges was previously with Ray White Willoughby.

LJ Hooker Avnu chief performance officer Christine Mikhael said that data shows LJ Hooker Avnu has the biggest market share in Mosman, one of the country’s most valuable suburbs.

She said that since joining LJ Hooker Avnu, Mr Georges has signed seven listings, totalling over $13 million.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jason to the team at LJ Hooker Avnu. His intimate knowledge of the Willoughby and surrounds is second to none and his track record is impressive.

“We’re always looking out for exceptional talent. At LJ Hooker Avnu, we care about values, integrity and dedication, and how a client is made to feel long after a sale is complete. Jason brings each of these qualities to his role.”

Ms Mikhael said that LJ Hooker Avnu “supercharges” its agents’ ability to serve their clients, creating a technology-enhanced full-service agency.

Mr Georges said that he was proud to be a part of LJ Hooker Avnu.

He said that he grew up on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, so feels very connected to the area.

“The area has evolved in that time, and so has real estate. How real estate was transacted 10 years ago, even two years ago, has changed. My clients now want to know what’s happening in their sales journey in real time.

“The LJ Hooker Avnu platform, the only platform of its kind, gives them this full transparency while automating a lot of the administrative tasks as an agent I’m required to do so I can focus more on what I do best — spending time supporting my vendors and liaising with buyers.”
