Propic, a software as a service start-up, has launched a new platform that solves four key problems for real estate, using cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence.

Propic said the four solutions are delivering tech across all aspects on a single platform, creating “true” scalability, carrying consumer-preferred channels and enabling 24/7 global operations.

Propic CEO Jeff Gray said that, to date, SaaS start-ups have addressed one part of the software problem at a time, but the launch provides the whole solution for real estate professionals.

He said it enables agents to transform how services are delivered across all channels in real time.

“Propic solves the problems of different programs for different tasks in real estate which, up until recently, operated in isolation,” Mr Gray said.

“Virtual sales agents, marketing, prospecting, digital twins and connections to smart buildings can now be integrated, transforming real estate businesses, to deliver optimum customer experiences across all channels.

“Propic enables agents to predict customer needs and optimise cross-selling opportunities, all using the channel that the data tells them an individual customer prefers.”

COO Peter Hutchison said that, according to KPMG Research, 89 per cent of traditional real estate organisations agree they need to engage with proptech companies.

“Most real estate businesses recognise they need to look at technology solutions if they are to survive, on the basis that they must lower their costs and make smarter decisions in order to meet evolving customer expectations,” Mr Hutchison said.

“Propic gives agents the option to work flexibly from anywhere at any time, using cloud-based technology to enable higher financial returns and higher customer service satisfaction levels.”
