Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty continues to deepen its reach across South-East Queensland with the recruitment of senior sales executive Veronika Princeton-Hall.

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO, Paul Arthur, said Ms Princeton-Hall has established herself as a prestige real estate agent, following a 17-plus year career in both Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.

He said the addition of Ms Princeton-Hall was instrumental in the company’s overarching goals of growth with a focus on premium service.

“Veronika brings such a wealth of experience with her in both traditional residential sales as well as project sales,” Mr Arthur said.

“She has a lovely blend of experience with a proven track record across southeast Queensland, specifically in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.”

Mr Arthur said Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty was continuing a journey of recruiting and retaining the best people in the business.

“Veronika has worked for some major developers throughout the region, as well as the more notable top agencies,” he said.

“Her experience will show immediately as she onboards and comes to market with a selection of the Gold Coast’s most amazing sky homes.”

He said Ms Princeton-Hall is also a proud volunteer.

“She has received many volunteer awards for service and dedication, including awards from Queensland Cancer Fund, Brisbane Children's Hospital, and ‘The Look Good Feel Better’ Cancer Program for women.”

Ms Princeton-Hall, who specialises in luxury beachfront apartments, palatial homes and off-the-plan residential projects, was invited to join Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty by senior sales executive Michael Vettoretto after the pair had collaborated on several projects together.

She said Sotheby’s International Realty epitomises class, style, and is synonymous with the best life has to offer whether it be fine art, jewellery or real estate.

“My clients are from all over the world and I wanted to align myself with a brand that has global reach, whereby I can provide unprecedented service on a worldwide scale.”

Originally from California, Ms Princeton-Hall said she immigrated to Australia in 1994 with executive experience working in the fine art industry, selling the great masters and consulting on art portfolios for enjoyment and investment.

She said there is “no doubt” her experience in the fine art industry has assisted her premium real estate career.

“The Sotheby’s auctions have always featured the finest pieces of art and luxury goods, and Sotheby’s International Realty properties are, at their very essence, high-quality art.”

Ms Princeton-Hall said her skillset and global business knowledge makes her an excellent communicator and negotiator.

“My goals are to be the best QSIR agent in GCI and an integral team member, and to be widely known for giving unprecedented client service,” she said.
