Belle Property in one of Queensland’s rising markets has recruited a new leader to head up one of its key offices in North Brisbane, to rejuvenate its sales and property management departments there.
Belle Property Ascot is under new leadership with young gun Brooke Hawthorne taking ownership of the North Brisbane-based business.
CEO of Belle Property Peter Hanscomb said Ms Hawthorn is a highly skilled and well-regarded sales agent.
He said Brisbane’s inner northern suburb is a key area of focus for the boutique brand.
“I am thrilled to welcome Brooke to the Belle Property network to lead the Ascot business to its next stage of growth,” he said.
“Brooke is a great example of the kind of leadership the real estate industry craves. She has climbed the ranks with rapid speed, becoming a business owner at only 29.”
Mr Hanscomb described both her tenacity and business acumen as “extremely impressive”.
Ms Hawthorne said she plans to build on the office’s already strong footprint, reinvigorating its sales and property management departments with a “new and dynamic” approach.
“Ascot is a highly sought-after area with many tightly held properties that have been within families for generations.
“Property doesn’t transact quickly, and vendors demand a higher level of service from agents. Alongside my new team, we will bring innovation, energy, empathy and superior standards of customer service to the Ascot operation.”
Ms Hawthorne said she was attracted to the Belle brand because of its boutique approach.
“As someone that is deeply connected to the local community in Ascot, it was supremely important that I aligned with a brand that puts customer service at the centre of its ethos,” she said.
“I joined the real estate industry because I want to help people navigate the most important transaction of their most valuable asset — but I want to do so with authenticity and integrity. It was vital that I partnered with a brand that shares this philosophy.”
Ms Hawthorne will be joined by business relationship manager Tracy McCarthy and office manager Jamie Biondi.
“My team are all locals who know the Ascot area intimately,” Ms Hawthorne said.
“We know the residents have been looking for better service and a fresh approach, and we are excited to start making a difference in the way real estate is conducted in Ascot and surrounds.”
Ms Hawthorne describes herself as a long-term inner-north Brisbane resident.
