Fast-moving Belle Property has deepened its reach in the lucrative Sydney market, opening a new office in a key beachside suburb under the leadership of a veteran agent and principal.

Belle Property has launched into Cronulla, opening a new office under the leadership of veteran agent and principal Frank Sotto.

Mr Sotto’s real estate background spans more than 30 years.

He said he was drawn to Belle Property for its premium offering, after moving to the shire three years ago.

“I’ve worked in real estate for many years across various brands, but when we moved to the Shire, we realised we needed to be providing a higher level of service to match the lifestyle and residents in the area.

“As a premium operator with a strong track record in lifestyle property, the decision to move to Belle Property was clear.”

Mr Sotto also said he appreciated Belle’s collaborative culture.

“I had always admired Belle Property for its brand and reputation, but it is also its commitment to customers and culture that made it the right choice for myself and my family.

“We are passionate about the environment we work in and fostering a culture of high performance where everyone is empowered to reach their goals because that in turn enables them to help their clients reach theirs.”

Mr Sotto said he will work alongside a team of “high-performing” agents from within the family.

“Matthew Sotto, my son, has followed in my footsteps in real estate and has shot up the ranks over the course of his career, quickly becoming a sought-after agent for his down-to-earth approach. I’m thrilled he and my wife, who will be our master administrator, are joining me on this venture with Belle Property.”

CEO of Belle Property Peter Hanscomb said he is thrilled to welcome Mr Sotto and the family to the brand.

“Cronulla and the broader shire area are growth markets for Belle Property and the area has a lot to offer a buyer or investor,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“Frank’s extensive sales background, in-depth knowledge of the area and commitment to his customers and teams mean the Cronulla office will go from strength to strength.”
