Helen Yan has once again been crowned as the top female agent in the country in the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking for 2019, and she was almost speechless when she heard the news.

Confirming her sales dominance in Australian real estate, the unstoppable Ms Yan, director of Ray White Balwyn in Melbourne, has topped the ranking in all of its four years of existence.

She said it is “such an honour” to top the ranking in 2019.

“I am truly humbled and it feels especially gratifying to be acknowledged for all the hard work we have done in this market,” said Ms Yan, who started in real estate in August 2010 and has always worked in sales.

“I love selling and I always go above and beyond for my clients. Winning this award again is very important for my business to reflect all the hard work we achieved as a team. I am blessed to have such tremendous support in my office.”

Ray White Group managing director Dan White congratulated Ms Yan on her sustained success.

“We’re incredibly blessed to have some of the top female agents in the industry as part of the Ray White family,” he said.

“Helen Yan is one of the hardest working agents in the business, and to see her honoured again and again by REB for her outstanding commitment to her clients is wonderful.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens said Ms Yan is leading a group of real estate trend setters.

“Helen Yan represents the top female performer in a group of amazing high performers. These women are raising the bar for all women to follow,” he said.

“Helen has been making headlines in the business world for some time now and she’s an inspiration to many. Everyone at Ray White is very proud of her success. We look forward to supporting her ambitions into the future.”

The metrics used to generate the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking include the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value.
