Di Jones has announced a tactical expansion move in its regional NSW business, as the rising network continues to execute on its strategic growth ambitions for 2019.

Di Jones Southern Highlands has merged Knight Bailey Property in the region, led by Michael Cawthorn and his team.

CEO Rob Ward said the merged business will operate under the Di Jones brand from 1 July.

He said the move delivers good opportunity for the combined business.

“Michael and the Knight Bailey team are exceptional and a perfect fit for the Di Jones brand,” Mr Ward said.

“Over the past 12 months, the combined businesses have held 50 per cent market share of the Burradoo marketplace and will be one of the leading, if not the leading, brand in the Southern Highlands.”

Mr Ward said the Di Jones brand has entrenched itself in the Southern Highlands market.

“Di Jones is a brand that stands for great marketing, good family values and is focused on providing an exceptional experience for its internal and external clients.

“By joining forces, the combined business will continue to deliver the Di Jones difference to Southern Highlands home owners. With a larger team, they will now meet more buyers and be better positioned to assist vendors in maximising the outcome of their sale.

Di Jones launched operations in the Southern Highlands in 2016 through demand, after identifying a significant connection with Sydney buyers. Since inception, the business has grown from strength to strength. Other real estate businesses have since followed our lead.”

Mr Cawthorn said the move to Di Jones was simple.

“[It was easy to] identify the benefit for both staff and clients.

“The significant infrastructure, support, systems and innovative technologies provide an edge for both my staff and an unparalleled opportunity for my current and future clients to maximise their experience and price,” Mr Cawthorn said.

Di Jones was established in 1992 and operates offices on the Upper North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Inner West, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.

The Knight Bailey brand was launched in 2013 and is a well-respected name in the Southern Highlands marketplace.
