Building on the success of their two Ray White offices in Turramurra and Wahroonga, directors Greg Windel, David Walker and Matt Bolin have opened a third joint venture in St Ives.

According to the trio, the new office in the Upper North Shore suburb of Sydney will offer customers more real estate exposure and greater coverage, as well as meet the needs of the St Ives community.

Following the opening of the third office, all three businesses will transition under the Ray White Upper North Shore Group.

“Having been well established in the Turramurra and Wahroonga area for many years, David, Matt and I are excited by the opportunity to expand into further areas of the Upper North Shore. We are excited to further strengthen our growth by becoming the Ray White Upper North Shore Group,” Mr Windel said.

Mr Walker said with a strong focus on the customer, the Ray White Upper North Shore Group has and will continue to build a reputation for maintaining high standards of customer service, especially with the creation of a stronger footprint in the community.

“This expansion will allow us to provide further exceptional customer service to our St Ives clientele,” Mr Walker said.

Mr Bolin mentioned that the St Ives office is an extension of their existing Turramurra and Wahroonga offices, and will consist of a team of local area experts.

“Our St Ives office is located next to Pattisons on Mona Vale Road, a high foot and traffic site that is well loved by the locals,” Mr Bolin said.

“Just like our two other offices in Turramurra and Wahroonga, we encourage our local community to come through the yellow door and have a chat about all of their property needs.”

Ray White New South Wales Blue CEO Jason Andrew congratulated the trio on the launch of their new office.

“The St Ives community deserves the leadership and ambition they will receive from this established team. We look forward to supporting them in any way we can,” Mr Andrew said.
