Century 21 continues to grow its network with the opening of a new office in Sydney’s Inner West.
Formerly known as Bay West Real Estate at Concord West, the team of real estate agents and property managers under the leadership of director Tony Cuthel have commenced operating under the Century 21 brand.
The office has been known to sell and lease properties in the area for more than 19 years.
“For nearly two decades, we have achieved the best sales results for our clients by developing trust within the community and through our strong local relationships and knowledge,” Mr Cuthel said.
He added that the company intends on building on this under the Century 21 brand.
Century 21 CEO Warren McCarthy welcomed the new office to the brand’s network.
“We are privileged to have a seasoned professional like Tony Cuthel join out network. I am very confident that the Century 21 technology, training and extensive marketing will further add to the success of this new office,” he said.
Century 21 said it has achieved great prominence in 2019 as a result of sponsoring Home Beautiful magazine and appearances on The Morning Show and House Rules. It added that this has led to “heightened interest” from prospective franchisees, with several more offices set to open soon.
The brand recently opened a Central West office in Forbes, in regional NSW, with Tara Kelly leading the helm.
Ms Kelly said she and her “highly skilled” team of professionals will offer sales and property management services throughout the Forbes area.
“We have built our reputation on providing outstanding service to our clients and we will continue to always have their best interest in mind,” she said previously.
Century 21 isn’t only seeing growth in the NSW area. The brand was recently recognised for taking out numerous state network accolades in WA.
Its offices, Team Brockhurst and Advance Realty from WA, were both finalists in the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) annual awards and both took out numerous awards at the C21 state awards.
Century 21 also inducted Nickolas Dilles into the network’s Hall of Fame at its recent annual Australasian Convention, and at the same time recognised the top performers from across its network.
