Raine & Horne East Gosford has taken a significant step forward in its growth plan for 2019, relocating its premises into the heart of East Gosford’s shopping village and completing a major renovation at the same time.

Director of Raine & Horne Gosford/East Gosford Geoff Tilden said the new office is brightening up the neighbourhood.

“After having purchased a competitor’s office just over six months ago, the plan was to relocate the office as soon as a desirable shopfront became available, offering greater exposure from increased foot traffic,” he said.

“The new premises opened for business in June and the new office is receiving an excellent welcome, with many local shoppers stopping for real estate advice and a chat.”

Mr Tilden said the concept for the new office is to have an urban feel but with a touch of modern sophistication.

“The move has already proved worthwhile, with walk-in traffic up by 50 per cent since opening the doors.

“This new office was a strategic move for Raine & Horne Gosford/East Gosford, as the new office bookends the two core areas that our agency services. With the largest property management portfolio and sales team on the Central Coast, this second office provides a local service to our valued clients in the east region of Gosford.”

Mr Tilden said the move emphasises the office’s people-first philosophy.

“Although we believe technology is a necessary ingredient in running a successful real estate business, it has to be backed up with good, local people who understand that we are in a person-to-person, customer service business,” he said.

“According to domain.com.au, Raine & Horne Gosford/East Gosford are the number one agency for listings, sales and property management in the 2250 suburb which encompasses both of our core areas. We also proudly service the largest rent roll on the Central Coast with close to 2,000 properties currently under management.”
