Understanding the benefit of working with a Hills District local area expert, Di Jones has recruited one of the area’s top performers to partner with the network, to help it execute its NSW growth strategy.
Di Jones has recruited Karen D’Angola to provide “exceptional real estate services” to its clients in the Hills District in Sydney’s north-western suburbs.
CEO Rob Jones said Ms D’Angola is the ideal real estate professional.
“Karen’s service offering matches the values and ethos of the Di Jones team, particularly when it comes to putting the customer experience first,” he said.
“We approached Karen because of her strong position as a market leader in real estate for the Hills District, as well as our research and findings on recent property migration data.”
Mr Ward said the local market will benefit “greatly” from the partnership.
“Karen has built a remarkable record over the years specialising in the Hills District. The area has seen dramatic changes in market trends, and Karen has expertly adjusted her strategies so her customers can always receive the best possible outcome.”
Mr Ward said a recent analysis in migration data showed a “remarkable” number of home owners moving from the Hills District to the Lower North Shore and Northern Suburbs, and vice versa.
Ms D’Angola said she was attracted to the collaborative culture of the Di Jones network.
“The brand strategy through which every vendor deserves to have their home marketed beautifully really resonated with me,” she said.
“The services and support centre at Di Jones means I will be able to focus more on face-to-face interaction with my clients.”
She said the Hills District has been changing rapidly.
“What we’ve found is that a lot of clients are coming out of the Northern Beaches, Inner West and CBD into Castle Hill and the surrounding areas, especially with the new Metro and other infrastructure changes,” Ms D’Angola said.
“We also have clients who have lived in the area a long time moving out towards the Lower North Shore, the Northern Beaches and Bowral in order to downsize or just enjoy their retirement.”
Ms D’Angola called her partnership with Di Jones a “terrific fit”.
“The Hills has been covered by a lot of agencies over the years, and they have been around for a long time,” she said.
“But I feel that the vendors here want something different: a more personalised service that can offer more than just the usual. It’s time to change the general perceptions of the real estate industry.”
