One of Australia’s major real estate agent networks has forged a deal with a customer relationship management (CRM) technology vendor.
First National Real Estate and Zenu have gone into a partnership, with the latter rolling out its CRM technology for the network.
According to First National Real Estate chief executive Ray Ellis, it embarked on this journey as a technology-led future is necessary for the real estate industry.
“As the dynamics of real estate change rapidly, preparing for the future, which is today, is critical,” he said.
Mr Ellis said Zenu was selected for its “world-leading” CRM technology.
“With a long history of innovation, Zenu re-entered the Australian market some two years ago with a product that provides real estate agents with stability, security and, most important, ease of operation at the sales and administration level,” Mr Ellis said.
“Partnerships with Amazon and CoreLogic, to mention a few, enable the sales process for the agent and vendor to be seamless, proactive and customer experience-focused.”
Zenu founder Eddie Lynch said this deal will enable real estate agents to utilise fast cloud-based systems to provide consumers with “the best service on a daily basis”.
“The traditional role of the real estate agent has evolved to the point where, without a cloud-based CRM system, you are failing to provide the best service offering to each and every client as well as missing business growth opportunities,” Mr Ellis mentioned.
“Technology now dominates the real estate industry and First National members, because of our marketing structure, now have the opportunity to choose the best available.”
Late last year, First National Real Estate franchisee First National JXRE merged with a major Clayton franchise to create a sales and property management “superpower” in the South Eastern Melbourne suburb.
“My three-year-old vision is to unite the two teams as a superpower to deliver a business that offers property development, project marketing, sales and property management services,” First National Real Estate JXRE principal Jason Xi said previously.
The company also most recently took a stand against cyber bullying, with its major sponsorship for 2019 for Kids Helpline, Australia’s free and confidential 24/7 counselling service for young people.
