A fast-growing real estate business is strengthening its hold of the Sydney market with the launch of a new office.
The momentum continues for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE), which has opened the doors to its new office in Crows Nest, on the Lower North Shore of Sydney.
The move comes just weeks after the business unveiled its new Sydney office, in the city’s CBD.
The company inaugurated its first office, situated at The Ponds in New South Wales, on 9 May.
The new Crows Nest office will be operated by Lloyd Allen, who has been named office principal, and his wife, Jane Allen, who is its principal and licensee.
Covering Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, North Sydney, Chatswood and their surrounding suburbs, the duo head up a team of professionals in residential property sales and property management.
Having worked as a licensed real estate agent for more than 25 years in Sydney’s Lower and Middle North Shore, Mr Allen possesses a track record that includes consistently delivering strong results and bringing to the industry a wealth of knowledge and experience.
He started his real estate career with Asset Realty.
“I learnt so much in those early days and look back at how far the industry has come. It’s still a blast looking after my clients and working hard to turn their dreams into reality and knowing they’ll be clients for life,” he said.

BHGRE CEO Michelle Delaney said as interest in the new lifestyle real estate brand increases, so too are the number of locations for the agency.

The Crows Nest franchise will also be heavily focused on developing the support mechanism for the growing network.
Already in use is a proprietary CRM, an online marketing toolkit and an online learning and development platform that will assist all members of the network to further develop their skills.
