InfoTrack has been named in a top 10 innovative companies list as a leading innovator in technology across Australia and New Zealand.
The list published by the Australian Financial Review’s BOSS Magazine ranked InfoTrack as the 10th best innovative company out of hundreds of nominations.
The award measures initiatives implemented in the past 12 months but more importantly assessed the problem that the initiative solved, its uniqueness in the market and its level of impact.
InfoTrack submitted Securexchange as its top innovation, which was launched in March and designed to stop the need to share trust account details via unsecured emails.
InfoTrack surveyed their legal clients and found that over 50 per cent had experienced some sort of data breach and that was what sparked Securexchange.
Securexchange provides users with a secure way to deposit property funds and keeps the information away from would-be hackers and in the event of a breach guarantees the funds are returned.
Already over 600 users have utilised the service and over 22,000 people have visited the website, demonstrating the need for Securexchange to support lawyers and conveyancers.
InfoTrack chief executive John Ahern said he was delighted to be named a leading innovator in technology.
