OBrien Real Estate has unveiled a new office in the heart of Wyndham City in a move that marks the agency’s 27th shopfront.
The new office is located on Synnot Street, Werribee, in Melbourne’s western district. It is the 27th office to be opened by the agency since establishing its first franchise in February 2013.
Heading up the new Werribee office is Rohan Smith, who brings 20-plus years’ experience in operating in Melbourne’s property market.
Mr Smith is joined by his team of dedicated property managers and property consultants, noting that the reason he decided to join OBrien Real Estate was he wanted to join a company that shared his vision to help grow his people and his business.
The move in opening up the latest shopfront is part of a growth strategy put in place by OBrien Real Estate, whose directors have ensured that the four most recently opened OBrien offices have been situated in the west and north regions, going beyond its traditional east-side scope.
OBrien Real Estate general manager Jason Mudford said the strategy over the last 12 months into moving to the new regions was in perfect alignment with the vision of building a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne.
