Two real estate agencies have put on a united front as they look towards their shared goal of building the largest property management portfolio in Sydney’s Inner West region.
Cobden & Hayson has confirmed it has welcomed the property management team at McCarthy Estate Agents to its Inner West community. The move sees Cobden & Hayson Balmain acquire the property management arm of the Rozelle-based agency.
“Our two companies share similar values and we’re now aligned towards a common goal,” a statement from the group said.
“We look forward to working closely together to deliver the C&H experience to even more local clients. This merger will further add strength to the C&H brand as we strive to build the largest property management portfolio in the Inner West.
“We’re delighted to have another highly regarded local business add to the ongoing strength of our network.”
