Two South Australia agents who first worked together over 10 years ago have taken over the existing Ray White Goolwa | Victor Harbor office.

Nici Godwin and Nathan Fry have stepped up as the new principals of the business, both bringing with them vast expertise across the local region.

The pair first worked together at Ray White in 2004 when Ms Godwin was a PA/office manager and Mr Fry was in administration. They’ve remained connected over the years since, with the latter marrying the former’s daughter, Jennah, who will be running the day-to-day operations of the office, marketing and managing their social media profiles.

Having both worked as agents on the south coast for the majority of their careers, Ms Godwin and Mr Fry said it was a natural progression to step into business ownership.

“Nothing about our service will change — it will still be the one-on-one experience we’ve always provided to our clients,” Ms Godwin said.

“The only difference is we’re now equipped as business owners to introduce more tools and resources to create an even better journey for our clients.”

Mr Fry offered a similar sentiment, noting they were thrilled for the opportunity to be principals of Ray White Goolwa | Victor Harbor and to be able to work together again.

“The timing is right and the opportunity to work with such a reputable company such as Ray White is something we are both extremely excited about,” he said.

“We have a similar work ethic and strongly believe our combination will be our biggest strength moving forward,” Ms Godwin added.

“We love what we do and are passionate about our work and the area we live in. Our plan is to build a business that will support all facets of property so no matter what our community needs, we’ll be able to help them.”

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom said he was delighted that Ms Godwin and Mr Fry have decided to take this next step into business ownership.

“Ray White is a proud fourth-generation, family-owned business, and it’s so good to have another family joining the group, with Nici, Nathan and Jennah,” Mr Lindblom said.

“I remember talking with both Nici and Nathan a number of years ago, and I thought back then, they would run a very successful family business together, so it’s really exciting to see this come together.

“Nici, Nathan and Jennah collectively have over 30 years’ experience in real estate. They are all local and passionate about providing the very best results and service for all of their customers.

“We really look forward to this next stage of their already successful real estate careers. I know they will build a great team on the south coast for the benefit of all their clients.”
