Raine & Horne has continued to add to its South Australia growth trajectory strategy with another office opening in the state.

Willunga, south of Adelaide, has been selected as the location for the latest Raine & Horne office. It comes after the brand opened an office in Kurralta Park earlier this year.

According to general manager James Trimble, Raine & Horne Willunga, which is being headed up by David Gray, neatly enhances the international firm’s expanding office network in South Australia.

“The new office complements our offices at McLaren Vale, Meadows, Strathalbyn and Victor Harbor. It’s a jigsaw piece that wedges perfectly into the middle of those existing offices,” he said.

“Strategically, Willunga is just 40 kilometres from Adelaide, which makes it accessible but also allows home owners to enjoy the nearby lifestyle delights.

“The picture-perfect Willunga has gorgeous high streets, great cafes, bars and pizzerias. It’s a great place to live.”

Mr Gray, who is also principal of Raine & Horne McLaren Vale, said opening a second office within the global real estate network is a logical decision which will assist local property consumers

“We have been able to service Willunga from McLaren Vale, but this is an opportunity to spread our wings and become more visible in the town,” he said.

“Opening with Raine & Horne is a logical step. I am delighted with the firm’s management group, and its commitment to cutting-edge technology, training, services and support.”

Mr Gray noted local sales agent Corey Michelmore will help drive the new office.

“In Corey, who is a Willunga local, residents have access to an agent with in-depth knowledge of the real estate local market,” Mr Gray said.

“Our new office gives Willunga residents more real estate choice and access to a brand that they are familiar with. Raine & Horne has been servicing this region for over 40 years. We will build on this experience and brand awareness in the future.”
