A small real estate office in North East NSW has joined Century 21 to set the business up for growth.
Darcien Kean and Michael Hall are the new principals at the Century 21 office at Moonee Beach after deciding to merge their local brand.
“It was the right time to merge my boutique realty with the largest real estate brands in the world and set the business up for great growth,” Mr Hall said.
The new Century 21 principals have noticed how quickly the real estate industry is changing, with an increased role played by technology.
“We were aware of the limitations of our offerings as an independent office and decided that joining Century 21 would provide us with the technology we needed to produce superior service to our clients,” Mr Kean said.
This merge comes at a time when Century 21 has undergone a significant rebrand, which played a critical factor in Mr Kean and Mr Hall partnering with the brand.
The Coffs Coast team will provide residential sales, rentals, property management and holiday rentals in the area.
Century 21 CEO Warren McCarthy was pleased the new principals chose them.
“We are extremely pleased to have such a great team join our network, and I’m very confident they will be able to leverage our strength in marketing and technology to achieve great success,” he said.
