LJ Hooker has relaunched its Mermaid Beach agency, and it has attracted beachside property specialist Perry Brosnan through its doors.
Mr Brosnan has sold more than 600 properties in the sought-after strip between Mermaid Beach and Miami, Queensland.
He is also the person who sold one of the most significant property amalgamations along Millionaires’ Row at 272-274 Hedges Avenue.
Mr Brosnan will be playing a leading role in growing the Mermaid Beach LJ Hooker franchise, which is led by David Manby and Raymond Pienaar.
“Sellers in Mermaid Beach will have the opportunity to tap into wider markets through having teams in Robina, Mudgeeraba and Burleigh Heads collaborating through the same management team,” Mr Brosnan said.
“Having worked and lived in the area for almost two decades, I’ve developed a lot of relationships, repeat clients and helped multiple generations of the same family with their property decisions.”
LJ Hooker Queensland managing director Steve Mutton is pleased to welcome Mr Brosnan to the team.
“I know the Mermaid Beach market well, and Perry has been a leading agent in this unique pocket of the Gold Coast for a long time,” he said.
