Leigh Hutton started her career as a property reporter. Now after two years as a real estate agent, she has taken on a new project.
Ms Hutton had been an agent at the southeast Queensland business since 2017, and now she hopes to build on the business’s strong track record.
“Our business is firmly focused on our customers and the community we live and work in,” she said. “Samford and Dayboro are unique markets as they service a wide demographic, from established families to downsizers and first home buyers. But what our clients have in common is their desire for superior and authentic service, which will continue to be our priority as we take this next step in our business.”
Ms Hutton’s path to being a successful agent has not been the typical one. Before she became an agent two years ago, she worked in public relations and was an author.
After a year selling property, she was awarded Belle Property Australasia’s Outstanding Achievement Award.
“I’ve loved every step of this journey and I feel so blessed to now have the opportunity to lead our incredible team and to continue to represent this unique brand,” she said.
“I want to help people navigate their way through the stressful and emotional decision that is buying and selling property, and I want to do that with a brand that values and encourages authenticity and integrity.”
Brisbane’s lifestyle markets are a vital focus for Belle Property. It has seen growth in the area because of its young talent, Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said.
“Leigh is a great example of the kind of leaders we’re seeing in the region. We’re thrilled to see her take this next step in her career and look forward to seeing her success and growth in a leadership role,” the CEO said.
