Nearly a year after machines arrived to break ground at Caboolture’s Corporate Park East, stage one has been completed.

Work will now focus on stages two and three as an active interest in the southeast Queensland location means there is no time for rest.

The vote of confidence in the areas is backed by critical infrastructure projects and development announcement in the area.

“There has been a fundamental shift in the attitude of national businesses who now acknowledge that a presence in this northern corridor is a strategic necessity,” Ray White commercial northern corridor group senior investment analyst Ashley Rees said.

“They have analysed the implications of future growth projections down to the number of roof tiles needed and are quickly moving to capitalise.”

Owner-occupiers are making the most of the market, getting in ahead of developers to buy the first lot which will be home of a transport and distribution business.

“We’ve been focused on helping businesses first and are excited that there will be local companies operating on site from day one,” Ray White northern corridor group principal Chris Massie said.

Stage one offers mainly smaller lots, and as stage two and three near completion, larger freehold lots up to three hectares will be on offer.
