Real estate duo Alex Dabag and John Tran have brought their combined real estate knowledge to Harcourts.
The new franchise will be located in Malaga, covering the northern parts of Perth.
The two agents have had considerable repeat business across the area. They felt the time was right to join a major brand to harness its track record and culture of support.

This sentiment by Mr Dabag reflects how CEO Steve Caradoc-Davies views Harcourts.
“The culture at Harcourts is still strong. You can ask any Harcourts person around the world, and they will say our strength is the culture,” Mr Caradoc-Davies told Real Estate Business.
This partnership with Harcourts allows it to expand its market share in Western Australia, Harcourts WA boss Paul Blakeley said.
“This takes our total office numbers to 24, with further expansion expected in the coming months.”
