One of Australia’s leading property websites will showcase RateMyAgent reviews on its platform.
Domain will be able to leverage the more than 670,000 verified reviews on RateMyAgent. It will be able to feature them on participating agents and agency profiles on its website.
This will allow sellers to find agents and know the reviews on Domain’s website are from real and validated home owners.
“As a customer-centric marketplace, we’re constantly searching for new ways to help agents prosper and inspire confidence in life’s property decisions for buyers and sellers,” Domain’s chief commercial officer Tony Blamey said.
“The partnership will see the most recent recommendations posted to eligible agent profiles, providing additional value to our Domain Platinum customers as well as eligible RateMyAgent subscribers, allowing them to amplify the results of their work and continue to deliver great outcomes for their clients.”
RateMyAgent boss Mark Armstrong believes this is a win-win for both parties.
“We were a lone voice trying to convince agents and agencies of the value of reviews,” he said.
“Word of mouth is as old as the hills, but [when we first launched], the industry didn’t believe an online platform providing reviews of Aussie agents would catch on.
“Come 2019, with the explosion of reviews in almost every category you can think of, it’s an absolute no-brainer in real estate and solves a clear problem for home owners and agents.”
This partnership is part of a new service by RateMyAgent which allows reviews to be shared on social media.
