Perth hotel apartments are expected to get snapped up as vacancy rates decrease across the city.
The opportunity comes from Perth’s QT Hotel, which has a small number of one and two-bedroom apartments available for lease.
The design of the rooms matches the eclectic feel of the hotel, which gives residents access to the hotel’s services and facilities, including room service and housekeeping.
Knight Frank is the agency tasked with finding tenants for the rooms, and its head of property management WA, Tom Berry, expects these apartments to be snapped up as hotel living becomes more popular.
This offers a unique opportunity for the residents to live a “rock star” lifestyle while being in the CBD in a highly sought-after hotel, Mr Berry said.
“The QT Apartments provide an impressive selection of luxuriously detailed residential apartments, where meticulous modern design meets the industrial glamour of yesteryear,” Mr Berry said.
