Real Time Agent has become part of Domain, as part of the company’s vision to continue to help agents and consumers.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Real Time Agent to the Domain Group,” Domain Group CEO Jason Pellegrino said. “It is clear that Real Time Agent shares a strong cultural and strategic vision of partnering with agents to deliver amazing service to their vendors and buyers.”
The point of sale platform digitalises critical steps in the property journey which include agency agreements, auctions and contracts.
As a result, it saves agents time on administration work, while it reduces back-office costs and paper, as well as improved accuracy and compliance.
“Domain is focused on helping agents and consumers through the property journey. We aim to help agents to find and win the next listing, market and sell the property quickly and for the best possible price, and help them run an efficient and profitable business,” Mr Pellegrino said.
Real Time was founded in 2016 by former real estate agent Angus Ferguson and former property development professional Daniel Portelli. During that time, it has serviced 4,000 agents and processed more than $40 billion in property transactions on the platform.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to partner with an Australian company that shares our vision of supporting both agents and consumers through the property journey. We look forward to Domain helping us get these products into the hands of agents across the country,” Mr Ferguson said.
This new partnership means Real Time Agent can leverage Domain’s product and tech expertise while improving the value of the product, Mr Portelli said.
