A start-up has perfected a solution that takes the effort out of creating individual market reports.
HomePrezzo was able to create 50 individual market reports for Di Jones agents in less than an hour.
Each report featured individual agent performances, photos and unique market analytics with sales performance data.
This solution has meant suburb reports have gone from taking weeks to produce to less than an hour.
“Using HomePrezzo will improve our marketing efficiencies,” Di Jones general manager Kylie Walsh said. “By feeding the data through automatically, we no longer have to go through the process of research, assembly and proofing the elements manually.”
This process aligns with the agency’s strategic plan to enable technology to enhance the customer experience.
“This allows our marketing team to focus on new projects and equips our agents with superior content marketing solutions in a timely manner,” Ms Walsh said.v
This project with Di Jones illustrates the capability of HomePrezzo’s technology to automate tasks that are typically time-consuming, HomePrezzo founder Nathan Krisanski said.
“In less than the time that it takes to typically create just one report, we can create and personalise 50 to 500 reports. Once the initial templating has been done, it’s a straightforward exercise to produce hundreds of reports,” he said.
