Christmas trees are overflowing with pressies at Ray White offices across Australia and New Zealand.
Employees at Ray White got into the giving spirit and collectively gathered more than 11,000 presents, raised $2,200 in cash, $1,000 in gift cards and put together 307 food bags.
The items were all gathered as part of the agency’s “A Little Ray of Giving” and will be donated to several charities.
This is the seventh year offices have participated in this charitable drive, and Ray White Group director Dan White was thrilled with the response.
“Ray White is a family-owned and family-run business, and there really is no better time than Christmas to come together to help people less fortunate,” Mr White said.
“It’s at this time of year when we love to give back to our communities and help in any way we can.”
He singled out Sydney’s Lower North Shore agency which collected more than 1,500 gifts alone. And Ray White North Adelaide contributed more than 700 presents and raised $200 in cash.
“It’s wonderful so many charities get to benefit from this drive with Ronald McDonald House, The Salvation Army and AnglicareSA, to name a few,” Mr White said.
“It’s a source of personal pride that our network has come together in such a positive way to raise a substantial number of gifts, money and food bags for people in our communities.”
