A boutique agency has set its hopes high for 2020 as it strives to be a leading brand in inner Brisbane.

Hutton & Hutton (H & H) is expanding quickly that it hopes to achieve the same in its local market.

The agency is set to begin a real estate movement with its innovative business model and customer-focused manifesto, CEO Peter Hutton said.

“We saw a gap in Brisbane’s market for an agency with the honesty and heart of a boutique office but the marketing reach of a franchise group,” Mr Hutton said.

“That’s where H & H stepped in, and we have been received by the inner-north and inner-east communities with open arms.

“We’re also getting plenty of interest from agents looking to further their careers with personalised mentoring, plenty of assistance in self-promotion and a workplace that treats you like one of the family.”

By the end of the year, Mr Hutton envisions they will have offices in both the inner-south and inner-west of Brisbane.

“It’s energising working with a business that is always looking towards the future,” principal agent Jarrod Perry said.

This year has seen H & H welcome new agents to its team and it introduced the community to its manifesto.

“The manifesto is the real drive for us to keep moving forward; it’s the glue that holds us all together,” Mr Perry said.

“It reminds us why we love what we do, and it makes us really proud to be a part of the greater Brisbane community.”
