Sacked agent Adrian Bo has attempted to make a comeback by re-energising his training business.
The former McGrath agent had his contract terminated after an independent inquiry took place into a complaint laid against him.
Mr Bo allegedly made crude comments to a male staff member which sparked the investigation.
At the time of the agent’s termination, McGrath CEO Geoff Lucas said he would not tolerate breaches of its code of conduct by its contractors or staff members.
Since then, Mr Bo has had the summer to contemplate his next step.
Early this month, he re-energised his coaching and training business on social media.
In a post on Instagram, he told his followers that he is available for one-on-one coaching, skills workshops and more.
When REB approached Mr Bo for comment about his future in real estate, he said the only comment he would make is, “My training company was set up in 2016 and has been active since then.”
Earlier this week, he boasted about his achievements on Instagram, with the word “consistency” projected on a screen behind him while giving a presentation.
In the post, he mentions he is a top five REB agent in Australia. While Mr Bo featured on REB’s Top 100 Agents ranking at number four in 2013, he has since fallen back, and in 2019 he came in at 57.
REB understands that Mr Bo has been talking to a number of industry participants about his future in real estate.
