A strategic move by Place Real Estate will see the brand’s headquarters move to one of Brisbane’s most sought-after real estate spaces.

The business will relocate its operation to the David Jones site on James Street in Fortitude Valley later this year.

The new location will put the agency in the local spotlight as it will be able to take advantage of the high-profile and highly visible area.

“We are in the business of helping people market their homes. We connect buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords; our presence on James Street will further allow us to grow these connections and provide greater assistance within the community,” Place Estate Agents CEO Damian Hackett said.

The real estate brand has worked hard to build its brands, and this new location will help it continue to expand its brand as an industry leader in Brisbane, Place New Farm managing director Judy Goodger said.

“We have worked incredibly hard to build this brand, and when people think of either selling or leasing their property in Brisbane, Place is top of mind,” she said.

“This location will continue to build that awareness and allow our incredible agents to be even more visible in their local market. It will also allow us to further establish our connections within the community, giving more opportunities for our clients.”

The step to be seen and more approachable at its new location is part of Place’s DNA, as it strives to be part of the community, which is why it seeks to exceed its clients’ needs.

“People need to be aware of who you are as a business and what you stand for as a brand,” Ms Goodger said.

“Whether somebody is selling, leasing, buying or renting, they need to feel confident in the brand and the people they are dealing with as well. We are continually looking at ways to improve how we offer our services each and every day.”

Ms Goodger believes the new location will strengthen Place’s strong ties with the community.
