Laing+Simmons agents from across New South Wales gathered in Sydney for its “planning day on steroids”.
More than 200 people were at the event at Homebush’s Waterview conference centre, where they heard from a host of high-profile speakers.
Guest speakers included Andrew Lutze, director and chief auctioneer at Cunninghams, and the country’s top agent, Alexander Phillips of Phillips Pantzer Donnelly.
The recurring theme of the event was a focus on consistency, particularly when it comes to marketing.
“Springboard is always well received by members of the Laing+Simmons family, and this year we all left with an extra spring in our step. It is always enlightening and motivating to hear from proven performers, understanding what makes them tick and being able to gain an insight to their secrets to success,” Laing+Simmons network growth manager Travis Wentriro said.
“This year will be one of challenges and opportunities in real estate, so the key message of consistency was especially appropriate.”
The guest speakers highlighted the need for day-to-day consistency as a way that drives successful result for their clients.
Technology was also raised and how agents can make the most out of social media and digital platforms available to ensure they are leveraging them effectively.
“Springboard provides a powerful competitive advantage to members of our team as they embark on a new year in real estate,” Mr Wentriro said.
“Each year, it gets bigger and better, and it’s become one of the most anticipated events on the Laing+Simmons calendar.”
