Longstanding agent Jane Schumann, in partnership with her son Samuel Schumann, is poised to open the latest Raine & Horne office in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Previously at Double Bay, the Schumanns will open their new office in Potts Point under the Raine & Horne banner.
The team will be bolstered with Luke Hogan, previously head of sales at Raine & Horne Double Bay, while Laura White will continue as business manager for the team.
The Raine & Horne group collectively sells over $10 billion worth of property each year and manages over 72,000 properties across Australia.
The new Potts Point office will build its proposition around outstanding customer service and outcomes, powered by leading-edge technology. The Potts Point sales business will be supported by the Compass Plus CRM, while Managed App will help grow the rent roll and automate payments in the new property management operation.
The new agency will also use a suite of digital tools to ensure the office is run as efficiently as possible.
“We want our office to run without paper and with information at our fingertips. The systems we have in place allow us to grow, paying more attention to clients and less to admin,” Mr Schumann said.
“A big part of our decision to set up a new office was to positively influence the property management experience — we believe our relationship with buyers doesn’t end after settlement.
“Having our own property management team, backed by the best technology, ensures we can deliver the service we promise clients.”
