First National agents from across Western Australia gathered in Perth last week to mark the agency’s success.
First National Hedland took out the brand’s WA top office of 2019 award, the third consecutive year the office took out the top prize.
The Hedland office also took out the best property management department in the state, and it’s Rick Hockey who took out best WA salesperson of 2019.
The top 10 ranked in each category will now be matched against the leading offices and agents in other states to take out a place on the First National Australia-wide ranking.
The winners, who will be announced at the National GEM Awards in May, will be invited to head to New Orleans in November to take part in the brand’s complementary study tour of the National Association of Realtors Conference.
The result from the awards shows a commitment to leading-edge digital marketing, professional development and business planning, First National WA state chairman Kelly Donaldson said.
“Since the market’s peak in 2014, resilience, patience and excellent client communication has been essential to success. Our sales representatives and property managers have really risen to the challenges of the market’s conditions and performed with distinction,” he said.
