An Aussie real estate network is showing no signs of slowing down amid the COVID-19 outbreak, confirming its plans to see the rest of 2020 through as strongly as it started.

Eview Group recently confirmed a further national expansion, labelling regional Victoria as a big focus point. As part of this focus, the group has cemented its status in Pakenham, Shepperton and Phillip Island.

When we talk to agents across Australia, it’s evident this new year has brought with it a clear desire to further develop their personal brand and business. It’s humbling to see that our individual core values, together with our signature business structure, appeals to agents across Australia,” said Eview co-founder Manos Findikakis.

“For us as a company, 2020 has unveiled a really exciting and promising time, as the group expands across Victoria and into regional suburbs, including Pakenham, Shepperton and Phillip Island.

Not only are we seeing metropolitan agents with a vision to leverage their own brand with the support of the entire group, but we are now finding agents who have been working within generational agencies, see the benefits that our group can offer.”

Sam Hartrick of Hartrick Property in Melbourne’s bayside region is one of the latest agents to join Eview, noting its “revolutionary concept and exceptional support” to launch his own brand and business was a key point of difference in going ahead with the network.

“In the first few weeks, I sold two properties and acquired 10 rental properties,” Mr Hartrick said.

“The support team has been phenomenal. They look after the books and handle things like trust accounting while I pursue my passion for sales and property management.”
