The Agency has penned a note to its clients in light of the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting it’s business as usual for the group.
“We understand it is an uncertain time, but we want you to know, first and foremost, your safety and that of your family and our community is of the utmost importance to us here at The Agency,” the note reads.
Despite new protocols, “our business will be running as per usual”.
Explaining that the group’s team of agents, property managers and staff will be continuing to deliver the level of service and results its clients have “come to expect”, The Agency has reminded clients that “property is a long-term investment”.
“We are still seeing positive market activity,” the note continues.
The national real estate group has highlighted how in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has adjusted its protocols “in line with the social and health guidelines outlined by the government”.
The Agency has also pointed out that since it was originally built upon a remote-based model, its workforce has been “remote ready” since inception.
“Our agents and property management team remain available to you, providing online and video consultations, live streaming property tours and sharing updates on our social media channels,” it has flagged.
The Agency has said it will continue to monitor and adhere to the guidelines of federal and state governments as well as leading real estate associations.
“Together, all of us can do our part in moving forward and supporting the community around us,” its letter says.
