All charges dropped against Bathurst agent

A Bathurst-based real estate agent has been cleared of intimidation and larceny charges.

Michael Whittaker has had the eight charges laid against him at the Bathurst Local Court dropped.

REB understands the charges, which were brought forward by NSW Police in late January, were withdrawn by police on Wednesday, 1 April 2020.

Mr Whittaker has been operating in the real estate industry since 1994, kicking off his career as a sales supporter at the age of 23.

He currently serves as a principal at Bathurst Real Estate.
