In what’s being described as a world-first, a new solution has been taken to the Australian market, with real estate agencies front of mind.

UberRE, which is described as an Uber-type property marketing company, has developed what it dubs as a world-first solution for real estate agencies to continue to provide open home inspections virtually by using its online open house simulation.

“Our solution provides the ability to identify live buyer contacts that were previously captured at physical open house inspections, therefore maintaining property sales momentum,” said managing director Andrew Lowy.

“Our unique solution either replaces or complements the physical open house, and improves it by extending access to contacts from interstate, global, out-area or time-poor buyers and renters.”

According to Mr Lowy, UberRE’s key point of difference is that is provides agencies throughout Australia and New Zealand with online property marketing ordering and booking tools that save time when booking onsite photography services.

“The marketing content is stored on our website under each property address, providing simple login access to download the file types required for either online listings or high resolution for brochures and signage content,” he explained.

“Our advanced marketing development workflows reduce manual repetitive tasks and therefore provide UberRE with the ability to pass on cost savings and deliver value-added bundled marketing content.

“An example of this is our photography, floor plan and online open house bundle priced at only $280 including GST for an apartment.”

Ultimately, Mr Lowy said by using UberRE’s marketing solution, agents have an advantage “by capturing the contact details of buyers and renters in their property sales and leasing coverage areas at any point in time”.

“This information is critical for those agencies that want to increase market share and emerge as the top-selling agencies in their coverage areas,” he said.

“UberRE is fully authorised and approved by realestate.com.au to provide 3D content that is guaranteed to stand out and is easy to access.”
