REA Group has taken its biggest ever customer event series, Prop20, online for thousands of property professionals to benefit from.

The new Prop20 virtual experience delivers property industry insights, education and training online. The reimagining of Prop20 followed government COVID-19 restrictions which introduced social distancing measures and a ban on group events. 

Property professionals can now access the full suite of Prop20 presentations and take the opportunity to gain insights from property market experts, learn about consumer trends and to gain tips on mastering the craft and positioning a property business for future success.

REA Group Chief Sales Officer, Kul Singh said the team was determined to reimagine the Prop20 experience in the new operating environment.

 “From a customer perspective, our priority in responding to COVID-19 has been to offer the right support measures and new products and features to help ensure they continue to operate effectively,” Kul said.

“Taking Prop20 digital is another way we’re overcoming the challenges created by COVID-19 and minimising any impacts on our customers.”

In a little over a week more than 4,000 property professionals have logged on to view Prop20 virtual presentations. REA Group Senior Market Research Manager, Greg Baun’s presentation What Buyers and Sellers Want is currently the most viewed.

“It would’ve been fantastic to present face-to-face around the country, but I’m confident the research presented in the online version of Prop20 will deliver fresh insights to assist with business growth,” Greg said.

What Buyers and Sellers Want unpacks the property journey from both the buyer and seller perspective and I hope learnings from the presentation assist property professionals in making a meaningful difference to consumers.”

The virtual version of Prop20 is one of the many initiatives REA has introduced to help support customers in an environment where face to face interaction has been limited. In addition to launching features such as Digital Inspections and Online Auctions, REA has also provided customers with greater flexibility and the tools they need to give vendors confidence to list properties in today’s market.
